Mix and Match the Perfect Color
with Color by Robert Craig

A haircolor designed to be mixed just like the professional brands
Now you can mix the perfect shade just for you and it is so simple

Here's How

  • Mix two shades together.

  • If you've tried one shade and it is too dark and another and it is too light, then you can mix them half and half, two thirds/one third or one fourth/three fourths. See the chart below for the correct amounts.

  • Lighten your favorite shade of Color by Robert Craig.

  • If you love one of our 21 shades of color but find it a bit too dark, you can use Clear Color to dilute the color. Follow the chart below to fine tune your color.

  • How to mix.

  • We recommend using one of three measurements. (There is approx. 1 1/2 tsp. of powder in each bottle)

    1/2 and 1/2 = 3/4 tsp. + 3/4 tsp.
    2/3 + 1/3 = 1 tsp. + 1/2 tsp.
    1/4 + 3/4 = 3/8 tsp. + 1 1/8 tsp.

  • Additional tips.

  • Mix the color over tin foil so you can fold it and pour it back into the bottle.
Do not spill the color on anything. It will stain.
If you do spill the color vacuum it up. If you wet it, the color will activate and stain.
Gently shake the haircolor bottle in case the powder has settled.
Use plastic measuring spoons (available in the shopping cart) and do not use them for food. It helps to have a special set of spoons to use for your color.
Measure your powder before adding it to the water.
Measure the water (3 oz.) only after you have the powder ready to add to it.
