Pricing

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be priced incorrectly. If we find during processing that an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will charge the stated price. In extraordinary circumstances when we are unable to supply the item at the stated price, we will contact you for instructions before shipping.

What happens when an item is backordered?

All of the items that you see at robertcraig.com are stocked in our warehouse. When you submit your order, we send a confirmation e-mail. Occasionally, you will see the notice "out of stock" in the description column of the product list - this indicates the product is back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. That item cannot be added to the cart.
