Returns, Shipping and Money Back Guarantee

Returns without authorization will not be accepted (see below)

All products, except those mentioned below*, purchased through Robert Craig Salon Products carry a 30 day money back guarantee. If payment is made by credit card, a credit is issued to your credit card or if payment is made by check a check will be issued to you. The reimbursement will be for the amount of the item(s) minus the difference between the actual shipping cost charged to us to send these item(s) and our flat-rate shipping charge of $4.05 charged to you. Typically, the actual shipping charge is higher than the flat rate of $4.05 that we charge to you. Depending on the return, the amount of the shipping will vary. Through this return policy, we are able to keep our shipping costs to a minimum and charge our customers a low flat rate for shipping. We do not reimburse for the return shipping cost. If an incorrect item is shipped, we will issue you a full refund or immediately send a replacement product along with a return shipping label including postage. It is important to contact Customer Care at webmaster@robertcraig.com or at 800-917-2566 as you may not need to return your items. In your e-mail or phone call, please reference your invoice number and the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or replacement product.

A customer care specialist will respond promptly with a return confirmation message and (if necessary) shipment instructions for returning the item(s). Should you be instructed to return the item(s), please send to:

*We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on used or opened hair color, Ultrablonde highlight kit or the Colorfix. All other products may be returned. If you have any further questions, contact Customer Care by calling 1-800-91SALON (1-800-917-2566).

Shipping/Insurance - We ship by priority mail. This service does not insure a package from loss, damage or theft. If you want a package protected from loss, damage or theft you can purchase insurance for an additional $2.00 by clicking on the Priority Mail w/Insurance choice in the shopping cart. Insurance is not refundable on returned items.
