At this time, we can ship to street addresses and P.O. boxes within the 50 United States and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses (note: military mail handling and customs may cause delays). We do not ship to Canada or Internationally.
Orders received by 4:00 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped the next morning at 7:30 a.m.
Orders received after 4:00 p.m. Eastern time will be shipped the following day at 7:30 a.m.
Orders received over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may require additional days.
We make every effort to get your order out as soon as possible.
If you have not received your order within 5 business days it is important to contact us at webmaster@robertcraig.com so that we may review your order.
We have found doing business with the USPS, priority mail, to be the best service overall. At times orders do get misdirected or are undeliverable for whatever reason. When this happens we allow a total of 20 business days to pass from the date the package was shipped and if you have yet to receive your package we will file a claim with the insurance if it was purchased. We wait 20 business days because misdirected packages are usually either delivered or returned to us within that time frame. By waiting, we know why the package was returned so that whatever it was is not duplicated in a second order.
