Every once in a while we can and do make mistakes. Whether they be miscommunication, misformulation or whatever the case happens to be. We are human. If you are unhappy with any service received at a salon you should first call and ask for a convenient time to speak with the person that performed the service. Have them call you or call them back and explain the situation. Professionals can and do welcome feedback from clients. Good and bad. A true professional will do everything they can, within reason, to please you. If this does not work, ask to speak with the manager or owner. An appointment should be made to correct whatever it is. Remember to call within a day or two. Waiting longer than that is not good for you or the salon.
